Sweet dreams are made of cheese

I’m having these very vivid dreams lately. Last night was about me and Line going to a Gavin concert. Suddenly I realized that I was naked, and needed to find a dress before the concert. No problem going around in Oslo city naked, but on a Gavin concert? No way! So we went everywhere not finding what I wanted until there; the perfect dress! But Line saw it first and wouldn’t let me get the same as her, so I was still running around naked :( The dream ended with me going home to get a dress (why didn’t I think about that before?), and I didn’t even get to dream about the wonderful magic that is a Gavin concert.

The night before that I had a dream about hanging on a paradise beach with John Mayer. Topless. WIth paparazzi all around us. I tried to cover up, but I had nothing to wrap around me.

Weird having two naked dreams in a row. It must have been decades since I had a dream like that…

2008

  11. Hvem fortjener din hyllest for oppførselen sin?
Hmm.
  15. Hvilken sang [artist] vil alltid minne deg om 2008?
“In Love With A Girl” av Gavin DeGraw etter å ha ventet i årevis på den nye plata.
    a. Gladere eller mer nedstemt? Gladere.
    b. Tynnere eller tykkere? Same, same.
    c. Rikere eller fattigere? Kommer an på hvordan man ser det. Har ca. like mange penger i banken, men leilighet + bil og MYE lån.
  20. Ble du forelsket i 2008?
Var allerede ganske så forelska allerede ;)
  21. Hvor mange one-night stands hadde du?
    Høhø, ingen.
  22. Hva var ditt favorittprogram på TV?
    Grey’s Anatomy.
  38. En sangtekst som oppsummerer året

Tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen
Pour myself a cup of ambition
And yawn and stretch and try to come to life
Jump in the shower and the blood starts pumping
Out on the street the traffic starts jumping
With folks like me on the job from nine to five

Working nine to five what a way to make a living
Barely getting by it’s all taking and no giving
They just use your mind and they never give you credit
It’s enough to drive you crazy if you let it
Nine to five for service and devotion
You would think that I would deserve a fair promotion
Want to move ahead but the boss won’t seem to let me
I swear sometimes that man is out to get me

They let you dream just to watch ‘em shatter
You’re just a step on the bossman’s ladder
But you got dreams he’ll never take away
In the same boat with a lot of your friends
Waitin’ for the day your ship will come in
Then the tide’s goin’ to turn and it’s all goin’ to roll your away

Working nine to five what a way to make a living
Barely getting by it’s all taking and no giving
They just use your mind and they never give you credit
It’s enough to drive you crazy if you let it
Nine to five yeah they got you where they want to
There’s a better life and you think about it don’t you
It’s a rich man’s game no matter what they call it
And you spend your life puttin’ money in his wallet

Working nine to five what a way to make a living…

Concert mania. Not :(

Yesh, it’s Gavin time again.

He’s coming to Oslo tomorrow, and I don’t have anyone to go with me. Am I not going to a Gavin concert? Am I going alone? I doubt I will go alone this time around, even though I had a great time chatting with his parents and grandparents.

I also wanted to see Keane today, but no one has the time :(

Gavin DeGraw's love life

For all of you who’s googling “Gavin DeGraw’s girlfriend” or “Does Gavin DeGraw have a girlfriend” I must disappoint you: I have NO idea, and my guess is “no”. He’s probably too busy with his groupies to settle down.

Sorry, Gavin, I still love you. Even after that Kristin “what’s her face” Cavallari incident.

The DeGraws!

I just got home from the Gavin concert! As I couldn’t get anyone to come with me, I went alone, which felt a bit weird, but what could I do? After the camping trip last weekend my feet got the best of me, and I was trying to stand close to the stage, but had to surrender and get a seat instead. Right infront of me sat an old couple and I was thinking it was a bit strange until it dawned on me that it probably was his grandparents. Then another couple came and sat down beside them, and I recognized the man as Gavin’s father as he looked like Gavin’s brother, Joey. Fun.

The concert in itself was good. To be honest, I thought that the last one was better as he was talking more to the audience and making more of a show, but this concert had more songs, or so it felt like, and almost no talking. Right after the concert his grandfather turned to me and we exchange a few words about the concert, and then his father and mother also turned and we smiled about Gavin dedicating a song to his grandfather. Nice people, those DeGraws. (Although I think the grandparents are from his mother side) :) Had a chance to go backstage, but didn’t take it. Boo me, I guess.

Ahem.

Dear Gavin DeGraw,

I know I said I’d marry you, but I’ve changed my mind because you lied: WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR NEW RECORD?

Just wondering, you know. Since you said it would be out last year and all..

Love,
Hanna.

New year, new beginning?

New Year’s Eve was great! Left my family at the cabin, and flew back to Oslo to a seven-course (7!) dinner that a friend made to the 8 of us. The guests left at 6AM.

Had a dream that Curly had just met a girl, and they wanted to get married with me as the maid of honour. I was really happy for them, but told them over and over to take it slow. Hello Mr. Shrink, what does that mean?

Woke up to a message from Gavin. Last year I was “cute”, this year I’m “sweet”.

Gavin DeGraw

Since my camera died at a party with Hanne-Lill, I had to find a cheap new one to take pictures of the Wonderboy.. Long story short: I bought a Casio again, and we came to Sentrum Scene where Gavin played 30 minutes later than we had planned. When we arrived, the line was around the block.. So, with heavy hearts we went to the back of the line as we couldn’t see anyone we knew, and Sunniva said something about being excited, and I said: “Well, uh, there he is!” And Gavin casually walked behind us, over the street. Two other girls saw him and ran over to get a picture, and I grabbed Sunniva’s jacket to get her to come with me, and her reply was: “NOOOO!”

Eh? No? To Gavin? No?!

So when I finally got her with me, Gavin left the other two girls and ran away.

I was a bit disappointed that he didn’t play any new songs, but it was a great show anyway. And I am still hoping the new album will have the real version of We Belong Together, cause it’s so much better than the single. At the end of Just Friends, Aleksander Denstad With (the last Norwegian Idol) joined Gavin on stage, which I guess was pretty cool. After the concert, we were so damn tired from standing/jumping that we just went home insted of waiting in line to buy merchandise so we could get the Meet & Greet bracelet (and stand in line some more).

Still can’t believe she said no.

It’s Gavin, damnit!

A little about Paris and this week.

So, I figured that I at least should say something about the trip.. So here are some random stuff: We got ripped off by Le Sacré Coeur. Had to pay €5 for a crappy cotton bracelet cause I’m stupid to think that I was being nice, haha. On my 25th birthday we were at La Tour Eiffel. It was freezing and I’m afraid of heights. We spent an entire day at EuroDisney (both parks) and had trouble walking afterwards. We met Mickey! (..standing in line for an hour with kids and their parents.) Oh, and Hook waved his hook at me :( A woman wanted us to buy wallets for her at Louis Vuitton, but everything about it sounded shady. Saw the Moulin Rouge, Notre-Dame de Paris, L’Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile and le Musée du Louvre. I definitely spent most money in the Disneyland Park.

The last week has been wonderful. I’m at this veterinary nursing practise for 8 weeks, and I’m having the best time. All the people I work with are really nice, and so far, the customers has been too.

Edited at 8PM

I totally forgot the best part: My future husband is coming to Norway August 10th! Yes, I’m talking about my Gavin  I’m going with Sunniva, and plant to meet up with Madde and some of her friends. Ah, can’t wait ;)

Biatching..

Oh. My. Head. Okay, it’s not that bad, but I don’t feel like doing anything right now ;) I had a blast! It was so much fun! The class decided to come half an hour before the party started to dress up and have a few drinks (that’s what I love with the parties at school, you can dress when you get there and then change when you go home), and so we did. But at 8PM, when the party was supposed to begin (and nothing is called fashionable late at our school), no one was there.. So we spent another hour down at the locker room, drinking and asking my dear, dear friend, the magic eight ball, deep questions. He was very optimistic saying that Sunniva’ll marry Gavin DeGraw, I’ll marry John Mayer, Kine will marry Damien Rice, Karina would have great sex when she got home and Elinor will get married and get pregnant this year. It was at this point I had to consider the possibility that he might now always tell the truth..

Okay, so Karina and I decided to go upstairs to see if somebody had come yet, and there was two in the bar and three I’ve never even seen before. So we chatted a bit with them (one was kinda hot), and found out that there was a lot of pre-parties going on, so we headed down to the locker rooms again. I have no idea of how long we were down there, but when we got up again, the place was packed

So, the night shortly was a lot of short skirts and fishnet stockings, and way too much to drink. I don’t know who told me, but somebody said that my costume was over the edge. Dunno what he meant as I was very decent compared to the other sluts :D Another girl I know told me I had the best costume which was very cool to hear (everytime she walked by she said: “Best costume ever!” ) :) I kept coming back to the same conversations about if Vanilla Secret had something to do with Super Mario Bros. 3 (with the good looking guy) and that I probably don’t have a low calsium level even though I’m a vegetarian (with a foreign guy that I first thought was from the US, but now that I think about it, he sounded British).

Anyway, I made 100NOK ($15) for taking my handcuffs off a whore (I had to handcuff her, I was trying to have a conversation and she kept clinging to the guy’s neck), but lost a bet with a guy whether or not he was older than me and had to buy him a beer. Oh, and I got a vanilla condom from my #1 pimp, so I’m gonna pretty content with my earnings for the night.
